About MHTrack

The dealership software we couldn't buy

We're Derrick Rock and Derek Johnson, and we run a manufactured home dealership. Before we built MHTrack, we spent a year trying to avoid building it.

Built by dealers. For dealers.

Like most dealers, we started with an off-the-shelf CRM and figured we could bend it into shape. We wrote custom functions, built our own integrations, and stacked workaround on workaround. But the system had no real concept of a factory order, a set date, a site that isn’t ready, or a lender sitting on a document request.

Most of that work happened at night and on weekends, because during the day we were still trying to sell homes and grow the business. After more than a year of it, we still couldn’t get a straight answer to a simple question: Where does this deal actually stand?

Eventually we accepted that the software was never designed for our industry, and no amount of scripting was going to change that. So we started over and built what we actually needed.

What MHTrack is

MHTrack is the all-in-one operating platform built for manufactured housing dealers. It brings customers, loan applications, deals, inventory, accounting, reporting, projects, HR, and documents into one system built around the way these deals actually run. It’s what our dealership operates on every day.

Founding Dealer Program

Ten founding dealers, onboarded properly

MHTrack is available to anyone. The founding group is capped at ten because that's realistically how many dealerships two people can onboard properly.
